My care was not good.
Nurses are only seen when they are doing an intervention eg drugs.
No one introduces themselves at all with the exception of patient. No one looks at the where patient holistic care is not in evidence. No one asks about how you are, how you are feeling- your mental health.
I have been left for long periods of time with no fluids.
I have not felt cared for on this ward and think a great deal needs to be done to improve patient care.
Thankyou for taking the time to tell us about your experience. I am sorry to hear you would not recommend our service. I apologise for your perception of the nurses and that you did not feel the level of information and involvement was adequate. I will pass this onto the team. Kind Regards Laura Stent Matron
Positives.
-Speedy response following referral.
-Accommodating.
Improvements:
-Make me more informed for what to expect on the day.
-Appointment was short notice.

Everything was OK.
The staff were very caring and helpful, and the ward was very clean.
Staff were helpful and friendly. 5 star. Place before B1 was disgusting vomit not cleaned up on floor and table. No washing, bathing or pajamas changed or bedding.
:-( CDIF CENTRAL.
The personal care was superb, really well looked after by all staff. Improvements are only minor: The toilet and shower could have been cleaned more frequently with discharged pads left on the floor. A bit more feedback on what is happening (to when) would avoid me asking lots of questions of the nurses!
Polite, helpful staff. Didn't have to wait for long.
I can't wait to go home to see my wife as I have missed her. All has been OK.
Nurses drs and the tracker are caring. Couldn't ask for more. They are brilliant. A10 is the best ward my father has stayed on and he's been on several different wards. A10 care and compassion is 100% by far.
Waiting for discharge medication for 5 plus hours.
Why?
Father moved from bed to table in corner of room despite cancer diagnosis.
Quite disgusted.
